Please use this form to register for the appropriate ACT Test Prep class you wish to attend. All students must complete the registration form regardless of sessions you are taking. To register for classes please complete the form below.

1. Payment for ACT Test Prep Group Tutoring is $575.00 and can be made online through the PayPal button or can be paid in full during the first session.

2. Payment for private sessions is expected at the time of meeting.

​3. Have student complete the attached information sheet and bring to first class if attending ACT Test Prep, Study Skills or Strategies classes.
